Can AI Help Residents Build Better Proposal and Research Presentations Faster?

I wanted to ask something slightly different from the usual board prep threads.
Between residency duties, clinic hours, reading, question banks, and exam prep, I’ve noticed that even small academic tasks start feeling disproportionately time-consuming, especially when we need to prepare structured proposals, presentation outlines, departmental submissions, or research idea summaries.
Sometimes the difficult part is not the medical knowledge itself, but organizing thoughts into something that looks coherent and professional enough to present.
That made me curious about newer tools that can create business proposals AI style from rough notes or bullet points. Even though these tools are often discussed in startup or admin spaces, I’m wondering if the same concept could actually help residents and fellows quickly structure academic proposals, grant concepts, CME ideas, or clinic improvement presentations without spending hours formatting from scratch.
Since DermQBank itself has become a go-to digital prep resource for many dermatology learners, it feels like our training workflow is already shifting more toward smart efficiency tools anyway.
Would you personally trust AI to help organize formal proposal documents or presentation drafts for academic medicine, or does that still feel too risky/inaccurate for professional use?
